Welcome to Kishori Mart. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and online grocery services owned and operated by Kishori Mart. By registering, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To place orders on Kishori Mart, you must register for an account using a valid mobile number. You must be at least 18 years of age to contract under Indian laws. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, OTP verifications, and all activities that occur under your login.

2. Pricing, Specifications & Weight Discrepancies

• Dynamic Pricing: While we try to ensure all prices on our platform are accurate, pricing errors can occur. In the event of a pricing error, Kishori Mart reserves the right to cancel affected orders.
• Product Weights: Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, meats) are packed manually. While we aim for exact weights, minor variations (+/- 10%) can happen. You will be billed for the actual packed weight, and any difference will be refunded/charged to your account balance.
• Product Packaging: Manufacturers frequently update packaging and specifications. Images shown on the portal are for representational purposes only; actual packaging may vary.

3. Coupons, Promotions & Reward Coins

Kishori Mart offers promo codes, discounts, and reward coins for customer engagement:

• Coupons can only be applied to eligible items and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Reward coins accumulated in your wallet have a fixed validity. Reward coin redemption is subject to cart conditions, and abuse of loyalty programs (like creating multiple accounts) will lead to permanent account suspension.
• Only one discount coupon can be applied per order.

4. Code of Conduct and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we detect any suspicious activity, payment fraud, or abusive behavior towards our customer care executives or delivery partners. Customers must ensure safe access for our riders at the delivery location.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kishori Mart acts as a platform to connect consumers with local stores. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding product quality, fresh item shelf-life, or delivery partner timelines. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Kishori Mart platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, software, and codebase, is the exclusive property of Kishori Mart and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our operating corporate city.
